To ensure improvement of the quality of medical human resources, the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee led the Provincial People's Council to issue a Resolution on policies to support attraction, training, and remuneration for Lao Cai Health sector officials. Accordingly, training has had many changes, especially postgraduate training. In the period 2011 - 2022, the whole province has sent 502 doctors to postgraduate training, and the number of staff with postgraduate degrees is increasing significantly. The health sector continues to improve, stabilize and develop human resources. This article presents the development of health human resources in Lao Cai province today
