Administrative documents play an extremely important role in all organizational, organizational, administrative and management activities of each state. Therefore, in each administrative document there are strict regulations on content and presentation format as well as appropriate management, promulgation, and storage of documents... So how to reason? To achieve the highest value in the content of an administrative document is very important. Based on the theoretical presentation of arguments, the article focuses on clarifying the models of conclusions, the position and role of conclusions in 20 Vietnamese resolution documents demonstrating the executive and management role of the Government, organizations and unit.Văn bản hành chính đóng một vai trò vô cùng quan trọng trong mọi hoạt động tổ chức, điều hành, quản lý của Nhà nước. Dó đó, trong mỗi văn bản hành chính có những quy định chặt chẽ về nội dung và thể thức trình bày cũng như sự quản lý, ban hành, lưu trữ các văn bản sao cho phù hợp… Vì vậy cách lập luận như thế nào để đạt được giá trị cao nhất trong nội dung thể hiện của một văn bản hành chính là rất quan trọng. Trên cơ sở trình bày lý thuyết về lập luận, bài viết tập trung làm rõ những mô hình của kết luận, vị trí và vai trò của kết luận trong 20 văn bản nghị quyết tiếng Việt thể hiện vai trò điều hành, quản lý của các tổ chức, đơn vị.
