The study aims to identify the common errors made by students in their third year at Faculty of English Language Teacher Education (FELTE), University of Foreign Languages and International Studies (ULIS) during translation tasks. On the base of findings from an error analysis of 25 students’ translation assignments, the study has reached a conclusion of three major types of error groups including linguistic, comprehension and translation errors. Further, some pedagogical suggestions have been recommended for teachers in order to apply in their translation classes.
