Training activities for preschool teachers play an important role, but currently this work still has many shortcomings and inadequacies. Furthermore, in the current period, the need to improve the quality of preschool education has posed new challenges for the work of fostering preschool teachers, so this work must be strictly directed in all aspects. Objectives, content, form, training methods and inspec-tion and evaluation of training results for preschool teachers aim at following professional standards with the requirements of preschool education innovation.
