The issue of streamlining students after secondary school, whose core is vocational education, is becoming increasingly urgent in improving the quality of human resources in the competitive labor market in general as well as quality of trained labor in particular. Management of vocational education must be oriented to social needs, contributing to the development of human resources for society, helping secondary school students become familiar with and exposed to the profession. The research on factors affecting the management of vocational education activities in the area has practical significance, con-tributing to creating a scientific basis to propose measures to manage this activity in the most effective way.
