tiếng anh From November 2013 to August 2014, seventy individuals of Tor tambroideswere collected from Srepok river basin in Buon Don district of Dak Lak province, Cu Jut district of Dak Nong provinc~, and Lam Ha district of Lam Dong province, to study some biological characteristics. The results show that most taxonomical indices of this species were similar to those previous decribed by several authors. Specifically, the dorsal fin is 4/9, pectoral fin is 1/15, anal fin is 3/5
lateral scales number from 22 to 24
usually 4+ 1/2 scales between the lateral line and the dorsal-fin origin, and body length is 5.2 of the head length. Relative length of the gut is 1.73. The study on food and feeding of this species indicated that this species is omnivorous. The relationship between length and weight was W = 0.0157*L2.87 (R2 = 0.904). The fat content indexes of Futton va Clark were highest in November (Fulton's =2.47 and Clark's = 2.35), and lowest in November (Fulton's = 1.95 and Clark's = 1.82). The absolute fecundity of Tor tambroideswas from 3,474 to 7,842 eggs/female, and relative fecundity was 8.1-9.7 eggs/g of female.
