It is required that managers of military school students need to be trained to develop basic management skills, in which attention should be paid to developing skills such as: developing decision-making skills of student management staff
  Skills in building and implementing work plans
  assessment and evaluation skills in student management
  Skills to grasp students’ psychology in the management process.
