Problem-solving competence is important in motivating students to think creatively and apply their physics knowledge. Practical exercises serve as a link, assisting students in developing core competencies. Students have the opportunity to apply knowledge and develop competencies in problem-solving when practical exercises are used in the classroom. The article recommends three specific measures: incorporating practical exercises into introductory activities, practice activities, and knowledge application activities. These measures assist students in better understanding physics knowledge, developing competencies in problem-solving, and creating a positive learning environment.
