In the development of modern society, mental health care becomes more essential as the pressure of life, study and work increases. Realizing the importance of mental health for all ages, the World Mental Health Federation takes October 10 every year as "World Mental Health Day" to promote awareness and bring awareness to the world's attention on mental health and its consequences for humanity. Along with timely treatment methods when mental health problems are detected in students, preventing mental health problems before they occur is an extremely important task. The article aims to synthesize the theoretical basis of Yoga, Meditation and the effects of Yoga and Meditation on preventing mental health problems in students.
