tiếng anh The situation of microbial contamination in pork at 11 slaughter houses and 15 raw meat markets in Lam Dong province was investigated in September, 2012. The testing result indicated as follows: - For microbial contamination in pork at the slaughter houses: From a total of 45 tested pork samples, there were 22 samples (48.89 percent), 42 samples (93.33 percent), 29 samples (64.4 percent), 15 samples (33.33 percent), and 10 samples (22.22 percent) contaminated by aerobic bacteria, coliforms, E. coli, Salmonella spp, and St. aureus respectively. - For microbial contamination in pork at the markets: From a total of 75 tested pork samples, there were 60 samples (80.00 percent), 74 samples (98.67 percent), 52 samples (69.33 percent), 32 samples (42.67 percent), and 22 samples (29.33 percent) contaminated by aerobic bacteria, coliforms, E. coli, Salmonella spp, and St. aureus, respectively.
