This paper aims to propose teaching materials for teachers in writing classes to help students achieve the English expected learning outcome at Banking Academy. The mentioned information originated from the writer’s observation, findings, and analysis during the long period of working with this skill. With a view to helping teachers and readers to visualize the application process, the teaching materials would be presented with activities, implementation, assessment and samples. In real teaching situations, it is necessary to take into consideration all factors including students’ background knowledge, motivation, understanding, the lesson time and class size when the teaching materials are put into application. Teachers flexibly select teaching materials that match the teaching targets, maximize the teaching effectiveness and maintain students’ interest in learning English in general and writing skills in particular.
