tiếng anh This article analysed the need for social worker training and development in the Central Highland through indicators of the number and quality of social workers, the current state of local social worker training and general evaluation of Decision 32 on social worker network development. The author then suggested some solutions to improve social worker training and development for specialized areas. Research was conducted in 5 provinces in the Central Highland. Subjects include managers, social workers, students majoring in social work and patients at social work centers in the Central Highland.
