Quản lý phát triển xã hội (QLPTXH) nhằm thực hiện mục tiêu tiến bộ, công bằng xã hội là nội dung chủ trương lớn, nhất quán của Đảng Cộng sản Việt Nam trong thời kỳ đổi mới đất nước. Để thực hiện tốt nội dung chiến lược này, bên cạnh sự nỗ lực của toàn Đảng, toàn dân và cả hệ thống chính trị, chúng ta còn cần có sự tham vấn kinh nghiệm QLPTXH của các quốc gia trên thế giới, từ đó rút ra những bài học cần thiết. Trong phạm vi bài viết, trên cơ sở khái quát kinh nghiệm QLPTXH của một số quốc gia, tác giả rút ra một số bài học trong QLPTXH Việt Nam có thể tham khảo, để thực hiện tốt hơn chủ trương QLPTXH bền vững theo định hướng của Đảng., Tóm tắt tiếng anh, Managing the social development to realize the goals of social progress and justice is the great and consistent policy of the Communist Party of Vietnam in the context of Vietnam's national reform. In order to well implement this strategic content, besides the efforts of the entire Party, the people and the whole political system, it is necessary for Vietnam to consult experiences in social development management of other countries in order to draw necessary conclusions and lessons. By reviewing experiences in social development management of some countries, this paper presents some implications for Vietnam about the social development management to help the country better implement the sustainable social development management under the direction of the Party.
