Trong phạm vi bài viết này, tác giả phân tích các điểm hạn chế của pháp luật liên quan đến bảo hộ chỉ dẫn địa lý và đề xuất các giải pháp để tăng cường hiệu quả của hoạt động bảo hộ chỉ dẫn địa lý cho nông sản Việt Nam, góp phần phát triển nền nông nghiệp hiện đại, bền vững., Tóm tắt tiếng anh, It is undeniable that if well compiled and developed, geographical indication will make a great contribution to the interests of a nation, enhancing the competitiveness of commodities, especially in terms of regional/local specialties. Within the scope of this report, the author strives to analyze some reasons under the investigation of law-related terms only. Some remedies will be subsequently suggested in order to rectify and complete the current law systems, therefore promoting the efficacy of registering and utilizing the geographical indication in Vietnam, entirely benefits the national modern and sustainable agriculture.
