Trên cơ sở khẳng định vai trò quản lý nhà nước đối với việc phát triển nhân lực, bài viết này bàn luận về tình hình thực hiện các nội dung quản lý nhà nước về phát triển nhân lực ở Việt Nam và chỉ ra một số vấn đề cần hoàn thiện trong quản lý nhà nước về phát triển nhân lực ở Việt Nam hiện nay., Tóm tắt tiếng anh, Human resource development is one of the three strategic breakthroughs for national development in the coming time. In order to develop human resources in accordance with the orientation of the 13th Party Congress, the role of state management in human resource development is indispensable. On the basis of affirming the role of state management in human resource development, this article discussed the implementation of state policies on human resource development and issues that need to be improved in the state management of human resource development in Vietnam today.
