Bài viết này, tập trung bàn về một sốvấn đề liên quan đến các nội dung trong dự thảo của Luật Sửa đổi, bổ sung một số điều Luật Đầu tư theo lăng kính của khoa học pháp lý như trong chương 3 Luật Đầu tư 2014, triển khai thực hiện dự án đầu tư, góp phần hoàn thiện việc điều chỉnh có hiệu quả các quan hệ đầu tư thúc đẩy phát triển nền kinh tế - xã hội ở nước ta., Tóm tắt tiếng anh, On November 26th, 2014, the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam officially passed the Law on Investment which consists of 7 chapters and 76 articles (Law on Investment 2014) during its 7th meeting session of 13th session. This law regulates business investment activities in Vietnam and business investments from Vietnam to foreign countries. This law took effect on July 1st, 2015 and replaced the Law on Investment 2015. The Law on Investment 2014 importantly contributes to create a clear legal corridor for Vietnam to attract investment, build a transparent investment environment, ensure the interests of entities in investment activities and brings the highest benefits for the socio-economic development of our country. However, the 4-year implementation of the Law on Investment 2014 in practice has revealed some shortcoming and legal overlaps of the law and posed a necessity of admending the law in order to create a transparent investment environment to attract more foreign investment and promote domestic investment. This paper discusses some issues related to the content of the Draft of admending and supplementing some articles of the Law on Investment 2014. This paper is expected to perfect the law to effectively regulate investment relations and promote the socio-economic development of our country.
