Sốt xuất huyết Dengue là một bệnh truyền nhiễm cấp tính do virus Dengue gây ra, bệnh lây truyền qua muỗi Aedes. Nghiên cứu này đánh giá một số đặc điểm lâm sàng, cận lâm sàng ở 14 bệnh nhân sốt xuất huyết Dengue nặng. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy có mối liên quan rõ rệt giữa tỉ lệ xuất huyết, sự tăng hoạt độ ALT và AST, giảm số lượng tiểu cầu với mức độ bệnh sốt xuất huyết Dengue. Kết luận: Một số chỉ số huyết học, chức năng gan, dấu hiệu xuất huyết có liên quan với mức độ bệnh ở sốt xuất huyết Dengue nặng., Tóm tắt tiếng anh, Dengue fever (DF) is an acute infectious disease caused by the Dengue virus, which is transmitted by the Aedes mosquito. This study evaluated some clinical and subclinical characteristics in 14 severe Dengue hemorrhagic fever patients. The study results showed that there was a clear relationship between the bleeding rate, the increase in ALT and AST activities, the decrease in platelet count, and the degree of dengue hemorrhagic fever. Conclusion: Some hematological indicators, liver function, and signs of bleeding are related to disease severity in severe dengue hemorrhagic fever.
