Việt Nam đã tham gia ký kết Hiệp định Đối tác toàn diện và tiến bộ xuyên Thái Bình Dương (CPTPP) và Hiệp định thương mại tự do Việt Nam - EU (EVFTA). Đây là hai hiệp định tự do thế hệ mới điều chỉnh nhiều vấn đề quan trọng về thương mại, đầu tư, môi trường, tài chính,... và đặc biệt là vấn đề sở hữu trí tuệ. Tiêu chuẩn bảo hộ sáng chế quy định trong hai Hiệp định này khá là cao. Bên cạnh những thuận lợi và cơ hội, những tiêu chuẩn bảo hộ sáng chế quy định trong hai Hiệp định lớn này đặt ra một số yêu cầu đối với Việt Nam., Tóm tắt tiếng anh, In recent years, Vietnam has entered both the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Paciftc Partnership (CPTPP) and the EU-Vietnam Free Trade Agreement (EVFTA). Both new generation free trade agreements govern important matters such as trade, investment, environment, finance, etc. and also especially intellectual property. The standards of patent protection in these two Agreements are quite high. Besides the opportunities, these standards of patent protection which are regulated in these agreements put a number of challenges for Vietnam.
