In order to institutionalize the directional viewpoints of the Party, overcome the shortcomings and limitations of the Law on Medical Examination and Treatment of 2009 and also deal with the matters of practical developments without a legal ground, within the scope of this article, the authors give out discussions and recommendations to further improvements of the draft Law on Medical Examination and Treatment (amendment).
