Nghiên cứu tiến hành khảo sát sự biến đổi một số chỉ tiêu lâm sàng và huyết học ở chó bị mắc bệnh do Parvovirus. Chó nghi mắc bệnh viêm ruột truyền nhiễm với các biểu hiện lâm sàng đặc trưng được lấy máu để chẩn đoán bằng kỹ thuật test nhanh CPV, sau đó 30 con chó được xác định dương tính với bệnh này và 30 chó khỏe được lựa chọn để xác định các chỉ tiêu huyết học. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy, các triệu chứng thường gặp trong bệnh viêm ruột truyền nhiễm do Parvovirus bao gồm: con vật mệt mỏi, ủ rũ, nôn mửa, ỉa chảy, phân loãng lầy nhầy có lẫn máu tươi, bỏ ăn, sốt. Chó mắc bệnh do Parvovirus có thân nhiệt, tần số hô hấp và tần số nhịp tim cao hơn chó khỏe. Các chỉ tiêu sinh lý máu đều có sự biến đổi khi chó mắc bệnh viêm ruột truyền nhiễm do Parvovirus, các chỉ tiêu hồng cầu như số lượng hồng cầu, hàm lượng hemoglobin, tỷ khối huyết cầu, nồng độ huyết sắc tố bình quân hồng cầu, lượng huyết sắc tố bình quân hồng cầu, thể tích bình quân hồng cầu và sức kháng hồng cầu đều giảm so với chó khỏe (P<
0,05). Các chỉ tiêu hệ bạch cầu như số lượng bạch cầu giảm so với chó khỏe (P<
0,05), công thức bạch cầu cũng thay đổi, số lượng bạch cầu trung tính lớn tăng, trong khi số lượng các bạch cầu ái toan, đơn nhân lớn và bạch cầu ái kiềm thay đổi không rõ ràng, ngược lại lympho bào giảm. Các chỉ tiêu sinh hóa có sự thay đổi khi chó mắc bệnh viêm ruột truyền nhiễm do Parvovirus. Protein tổng số, lượng albumin và tỷ lệ A/G đều giảm, công thức các tiểu phần globulin cũng có sự thay đổi nhất định, trong đó α-globulin và γ-globulin tăng. GOT, GTP, urea tăng lên trong khi đó creatinine, hàm lượng đường huyết và độ dự trữ kiềm giảm xuống so với chó khỏe. Kết quả của nghiên cứu này góp phần quan trọng trong chẩn đoán sớm bệnh do Parvovirus ở chó., Tóm tắt tiếng anh, In this study, investigation on the change of several clinical signs and hematological parameters of the Parvovirus infection dogs was carried out. The blood samples of dogs expecting infection with Parvovirus with the typical symptoms was collected for diagnosis by CPV quick test technique, and then 30 positive dogs with this disease and 30 healthy dogs were selected for determing the hematological parameters. The result of study indicated that the typical symptoms, included lethargy, bloody diarrhea, vomitting, anorexia, weight loss, fever. The body temperature, respiratory and heart rate of the CPV infection dogs showed higher than that of the healthy dogs. The hematological parameters of the CPV infection dogs were changed significantly in comparison to that of the healthy ones. The parameters of red blood cells, such as: the number of erythrocytes, hemoglobin content, average hemoglobin concentration, amount of erythrocytes, average volume of erythrocytes and red blood cell resistance of the infection dogs were decreased in comparison with the control dogs (P<
0.05). In the disease dogs, the parameters of white blood cells, such as:the number of leukocytes decreased as compared to the control dogs (P<
0.05) and its formula was changed, the number of neutrophils increased, the monocytes, eosinophils and basophils were changed invisibly, but lymphocytes decreased. The biochemical parameters in the dogs infected with Parvovirus were changed. The total protein of serum, albumin volume and A/G ratio decreased as compared with the control dogs (P<
0.05), and the formula of corpuscular globulins were also changed, of which, α-globulin and γ-globulin increased. GOT and GPT enzymes level and uretic volume increased, in case of creatinin, blood sugar level and alkalinity reserve decreased in comparison with the healthy dogs. The result of this study distributes an important base in primary diagnosis of canine Parvovirus disease.
