Mô tả đặc điểm dịch tễ, lâm sàng, cận lâm sàng và tình trạng kháng kháng sinh của viêm màng não do A.baumannii. Đối tượng và phương pháp: Nghiên cứu mô tả kết hợp hồi cứu và tiến cứu 29 bệnh nhân được chẩn đoán viêm màng não do A.baumannii tại Bệnh viện Bệnh Nhiệt đới Trung ương từ tháng 06/2017-06/2022. Kết quả và kết luận: Viêm màng não do A.baumannii thường gặp ở nam giới dưới 60 tuổi, tiền sử có các bệnh lí mạn tính, can thiệp phẫu thuật thần kinh với thời gian nằm viện kéo dài. Bệnh cảnh lâm sàng nổi bật là tình trạng tổn thương não-màng não tăng lên sau các can thiệp thần kinh với các chỉ số đánh giá tình trạng nhiễm trùng tăng cao. Các chủng A.baumannii phân lập được đều đa kháng với tỷ lệ cao >
80%. Trong đó, kháng meropenem 96,6%. , Tóm tắt tiếng anh, Acinetobacter baumannii is not only one of the most dangerous bacteria today with strong antibiotic resistance but also one of the common causes of meningitis which is related to neurosurgery, procedures or ventricular drainage. Objectives: To describe the epidemiological, clinical, laboratory characteristics and antibiotic resistance in patients with meningitis caused by A. baumannii treated at National Hospital for Tropical Diseases(NHTD). Subjects and research methods: A retrospective combined with prospective cohort study on 29 patients diagnosed with meningitis caused by A. baumannii treated at the National Hospital for Tropical Diseases in 5 years from June 2017 to June 2022. Results and conclusions: Meningitis caused by A. baumannii is common in men under the age of 60 who had underlying diseases, prolonged hospital stay, history of surgical intervention, neurosurgery.The prominent clinical manifestation is the increased brain and meaningeal damage after neurological interventions and more severe intoxication proved by elevated inÀamatory markers. A. baumannii isolates were multi-resistant with a high rate of >
80%, of which meropenem resistance was 96.6%.
