In today’s modern life, stress is one of the common phenomena and has a great influence on the quality and efficiency of people’s work. There have been many scientific disciplines interested in studying stress such as psychology, medicine, physiology and sociology. Especially in the military environment - a special operating environment, stress affects the quality of training, combat readiness, combat and the ability to complete tasks of each unit. Therefore, it is necessary to find out the objective factors affecting the stress coping skills of non-commissioned officers and soldiers in order to take preventive and remedial measures.
