With the purpose of economic development through attracting high-quality human resources, after COVID-19 and the global economic recession, the governments of ASEAN countries have focused on reforming human resource training and development policies. High-quality human resources play a very important role in increasing labor productivity and promoting economic growth. In the current global shortage of high-quality human resources, proposing and implementing training and development policies to improve the quality of human resources is the core, with the focus being on improving the quality of education and training. The article mentions the conditions that contribute to promoting reform of training policies to develop high-quality human resources in ASEAN and ASEAN policies in cooperation in training development to improve the quality of human resources in the area.
