Intellectuals have a particularly important position and role in promoting the development of society, creating the strength of the nation and people. Intellectuals are both a part of human resources and scientific and technical resources that directly participate in improving people's knowledge and training talents for the country. The article focuses on applying Ho Chi Minh's views on building a team of intellectuals in Vietnam under current conditions.
