School administrators prioritize investing in instructional management, financial management, facilities and equipment management, in response to current demands for innovation in education and the acceleration of digital transformation. With the goal for teachers to adopt improvements in their teaching methods and classroom management and to be prepared for the evolution toward digital transformation, it is essential to implement measures that will affect the team of teachers in general and the team of teachers working as class leaders in particular. The article demonstrates an overview of research on classoom activities in secondary schools today associated with the change in technology.
