In the present study, we investigated the propagation of Dendrobium wardianum by in vitro culture technique. The results showed that: the most suitable protocorm multiplication medium is MS medium supplemented with 2 mg/l BAP, 1 mg/l IBA, 40 g/l mashed banana after 8 weeks of culture, with a protocorm multiplier of 18.8
MS medium supplemented with 1.5 mg/l KIN, 30 g/l mashed carrot gave the best on in vitro shoot regenerationafter 8 weeks of culture, with 32.58 shoots/explant, shoot height of 2.5 cm and 3.5 leaves/shoot...Trong nghiên cứu này, chúng tôi tiến hành nhân giống cây lan Hoàng thảo U lồi (Dendrobium wardianum) bằng kỹ thuật nuôi cấy in vitro. Kết quả cho thấy, nhân nhanh thể sinh chồi (protocorm) tốt nhất trên môi trường MS bổ sung 2,0 mg/l BAP, 1 mg/l IBA và 40 g/l chuối nghiền sau 8 tuần nuôi cấy với hệ số nhân protocorm đạt 18,8 lần
môi trường MS bổ sung 1,5 mg/l KIN, 30 g/l cà rốt nghiền là tốt nhất đến sự tái sinh chồi in vitro sau 8 tuần nuôi cấy, với 32,58 chồi/mẫu, chiều cao chồi 2,5 cm và 3,5 lá/chồi...
