One of the basic difficulties of foreign students when learning Vietnamese is limited communication ability, especially in the beginning of learning Vietnamese. This causes certain obstacles, making learners lack confidence and are not ready for learning and communication activities in the new environment. This article proposes some measures to improve Vietnamese communication skills for foreign students at Ha Long University to solve initial difficulties for foreign students, helping them become more confident and confident. Actively integrate into the learning and living environment in Vietnam as well as contribute to guiding foreign students on how to learn Vietnamese effectively in a specific communication environment.
