Before the industrial revolution 4.0 and the epidemic situation is still complicated, blended learning is one of the inevitable trends of all training professions, including Law. Blended Learning creates a more active and active environment in learning through interactive: student-student, giving students soft skills such as: self-searching for information, interacting and distilling information to have the most reliable sources of knowledge to equip themselves. Besides, Blended learning helps lecturers be more creative and proactive in the teaching process. Applying Blended learning allows teachers to integrate many information communication tools such as PowerPoint lectures, text, vivid videos. For Tien Giang University, the application of Blended learning teaching has certain advantages and disadvantages. In addition to the advantages of facilities and information technology qualifications of lecturers, there are difficulties from the limited capacity of students and lecturers to access online teaching activities. From analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of blended learning at Tien Giang University, the author proposes solutions from schools, lecturers and students to improve the effectiveness of applying the blended learning model for Law, Tien Giang University.
