At Nam Dinh College of Education, Badminton is a subject that many students choose to study and practice. However, students’ academic achievements are quite modest. Technically, most students performed relatively well, but in terms of physical strength, strength and speed, they were not really focused and developed well. Based on the experience accumulated during the teaching process at school, the research author selected appropriate exercises to improve the physical fitness level of female students at Nam Dinh College of Education.
