The current development of the Vietnamese economy has made an important contribution to the process of building and developing the country, affirming the position of the Vietnamese economy in the international arena. Deep international integration and increased economic and trade cooperation with many foreign organizations and individuals are the clearest manifestations of our country’s economic development in the current period. However, business and trade disputes are increasingly numerous and complex. There are still difficulties and obstacles in the application of domestic and international law to resolve them, and there are many new and unprecedented things.
Human resources are highly qualified, but there are still many new issues that have not been grasped in time, and the judicial system is not synchronized and lacking. In that context, there needs to be solutions to improve the efficiency of dispute resolution in business and trade, especially business and trade with foreign elements, to meet the current requirements of international economic integration.
