Bài viết này phân tích quá trình công nghiệp hóa, hiện đại hóa ở Việt Nam trên cơ sở thực hiện mục tiêu giảm tỷ trọng lao động nông nghiệp trong nền kinh tế. Kết quả cho thấy lao động trong nông nghiệp giảm dần qua các năm cả về số tuyệt đối lẫn tỷ trọng trong tổng số lao động của nền kinh tế. Tốc độ giảm tỷ trọng lao động trong nông nghiệp ngày càng cao hơn và có xu hướng nhanh hơn tốc độ giảm tỉ trọng GDP nông nghiệp trong tổng GDP của nền kinh tế. Tốc độ giảm lao động ngành nông nghiệp nhanh đã làm cho tốc độ chuyển dịch cơ cấu ngành theo lao động toàn nền kinh tế nhanh hơn nhiều so với tốc độ chuyển dịch cơ cấu ngành theo GDP. Bài viết cũng đề xuất một số định hướng và giải pháp nhằm giảm tỷ lệ lao động nông nghiệp theo hướng tích cực trong quá trình công nghiệp hóa, hiện đại hóa ở Việt Nam., Tóm tắt tiếng anh, This article analyzes the process of industrialization and modernization in Vietnam based on realizing the goal of reducing the proportion of agricultural laborers in the economy. The results show that the laborforce in agriculture has decreased gradually over the years, both in absolute numbers and in proportion to the total number of workers in the economy. The rate of decrease in the proportion of labor in agriculture is getting higher and higher when industrialization and modernization are implemented and tends to be faster than the rate of decrease in the share of agricultural GDP in the total GDP of the economy. The rapid reduction of labor in the agricultural sector has made the labor-based sectoral restructuring of the whole economy much faster than the GDP-based sector restructuring. The article also proposes some orientations and solutions to reduce the rate of active agricultural workers positively in the process of industrialization and modernization in Vietnam.
