Natural materials are a resource that is not only close, rich and diverse, but also embody sustainable values. Children, who interact and engage extensively with nature and the rich variety of natural materials, will gradually form attitudes and a sense of respect for creatures in nature, pay more attention to the environment and gain certain knowledge about their living environment. In this article, we would like to address the factors influencing the use of natural materials in educational organizations in general and in the artistic activities of preschool children 5 – 6 years old in particular.
