Teaching Political Education at Song Da Vocational College, Hoa Binh province has a very important position in the goals of education and training to form a worldview, outlook on life, training political bravery for learners. On the basis of clarifying the essence of the problem –raising teaching method and the necessity of using this method in teaching Political Education at vocational colleges, we use the social investigation method study to survey the current situation of using the problem-raising method in teaching Political Education at Song Da Vocational College, Hoa Binh province, thereby using statistical and analytical methods to evaluate limitations and Identify some of the issues raised, and at the same time propose measures to improve the effectiveness of applying this teaching method towards developing learner capacity in the research area.
