To carry out the mission of Early Childhood Education to 2025, with a vision to 2050, training and improving the quality of teacher training in the Early Childhood Education sector is an urgent task. The team of preschool teachers plays an important role in improving the quality of care and education for children in early childhood education facilities. Currently, teacher training in some countries around the world focuses on developing teachers in general and preschool teachers in particular. The quality of training as well as strict management of output of preschool teachers in developed countries is much higher than in developing countries. Vietnam is a developing country, so it is necessary to have innovations and learn from experience in training to improve the quality of preschool teachers.
