The research results aim to clarify the practice of organizing experiential teaching (DHTN) in preschool teacher training of lecturers at Vinh Phuc College. Research results show that the majority of teachers have basic awareness of experiential learning and carry out many practical activities, helping students develop professional qualities and competencies based on this theory. Besides, the research also shows that there are differences in awareness as well as the actual application of experiential learning in training among teachers, between the group of teachers in the method group and other professional groups. In general, experiential learning activities are still individual, not connected and teachers still encounter some difficulties. There is a need for basic measures to improve training programs, improve teachers’ capacity, and management. Strictly manage the process of training and developing students’ abilities.
