Nghị quyết sô' 27-NQ-TW về tiếp tục xây dựng và hoàn thiện Nhà nước pháp quyền XHCN Việt Nam trong giai đoạn mới đã đê ra mục tiêu đêh năm 2030 "Hoàn thành cơ bản việc xây dựng nền tư pháp chuyên nghiệp, hiện đại, công bằng, nghiêm minh, liêm chính, phụng sự Tô'quốc, phục vụ nhân dân, bảo vệ công lý, bảo vệ quyền con người, quyền công dân, bảo vệ chế độ xã hội chủ nghĩa, bảo vệ lợi ích của Nhà nước, quỳên và lợi ích hợp pháp, chính đáng của tô'chức, cá nhân". Đây là chủ trương của Đảng trong tình hình mới cần phải được nghiên cứu, tìm ra giải pháp đểbảo đảm sự lãnh đạo của Đảng trong việc thực hiện quỳên tư pháp.
