Trên cơ sở chủ trương, chính sách của Đảng, Nhà nước về phát triển nguồn nhân lực (NNL), ngành Kiểm sát nhân dân (KSND) đã ban hành cơ chế, chính sách tạo môi trường pháp lý cho phát triển NNL của Ngành. Tuy nhiên, để đáp ứng với yêu cầu của cải cách tư pháp, hội nhập quốc tế và thực hiện hiện chức năng, nhiệm vụ của ngành KSND trong giai đoạn mới cần phải tiếp tục hoàn thiện cơ chế, chính sách để phát triển NNL ngành KSND thời gian tới. Trong bài viết này, tác giả tập trung nghiên cứu đề xuất một số giải pháp hoàn thiện cơ chế, chính sách phát triển NNL ngành KSND., Tóm tắt tiếng anh, Based on the guidelines and policies of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the Government of Vietnam on human resource development, the People's Procuracy sector in Vietnam has issued mechanisms and policies to create a legal environment for its human resource development. This paper researches and proposes some solutions to improve the mechanisms and policies for human resources development in the People's Procuracy sector.
