Recently, Vietnam has been strengthening and expanding cooperative relations with countries and international organizations in all fields of economics, culture, politics and national security and defense to build and develop the country, maintain national security and social order and safety. Besides the favorable aspects of the international integration process, Vietnam is facing a situation of transnational organized crime that is increasing in quantity, nature, complex developments, and direct threats. leading to the stability and development of the country. Within the scope of the article, the author raises a number of issues that need to be raised in the training of officials to prevent, fight and fight transnational organized crime in the new situation.
