ns, the performance of travel companies, and the investment of local governments in tt e tourism field. By using both qualitative and quantitative research methods, this research is to define elements of destinations image and their impacts on the satisfaction of tourists when the'' visit My Tho City, Tien Giang Province. This research's qualitative research methods include expert interviews and focus group discussions to explore, adjust, supplement elements to measure the elements' impacts on the satisfaction of visitors. Meanwhile, the study's quantitat ve research is conducted through questionnaires and SPSS 20.0 statistical software to assess the measurement scale, measure the satisfaction level of visitors regarding to each elements a id predict the impacts of each factor in the research model. Based on the research' findings, some managerial implications are proposed to tourism management agencies and travel companies to improve the toursit satisfaction.
