i lao o# ng o i vo i to chu c., To m ta t tie ng anh, This study examines the impact of factors on the employee's commitment with Nguyen Hoang Kien Giang Co., Ltd. The study's data is collected from 249 questionnaires through SmartPLS software with the participation of Nguyen Hoang Kien Giang Co., Ltd's employees. The study finds out that some independent variables have positive impacts on the employee's commitment. These independent variables, listed in descending order of impacting level, are Promotion opportunity, Salary, Nature of work, Support from superiors, Welfare, and Colleagues. Based on these results, some managerial implications are proposed to improve the employee's commitment to the company.
