Study design: Scoping review. Methods: Using databases from the PubMed website, and manual search.Results: 151 full-text publications, of which 29 were cited. Conclusion: H.influenzae (HI), S.pneumoniae (Spn) are the most common bacteria causing AOM in children. The antibiotic resistance of HI, Spn has been increasing, changing over time, and varies from country to country.
