Sử dụng phương pháp nghiên cứu định tính góp phần đánh giá đa dạng loài, phân bố, tần suất xuất hiện (TSXH) và chỉ số sinh học của quần xã động vật đáy (ĐVĐ) trong vịnh Đà Nẵng mùa hè năm 2022. Tại vịnh Đà Nẵng đã xác định được tổng số có 55 loài, thuộc 45 chi, 38 họ, 17 bộ, 4 lớp, 3 ngành động vật đáy, trong đó, ngành Thân mềm (Mollusca) có 41 loài chiếm tỷ lệ 74,55%, ngành Chân khớp (Arthropoda) có 12 loài chiếm tỷ lệ 21,82% và ngành Giun đốt (Annelida) có 02 loài chiếm tỷ lệ 3,64%. Về phân bố cho thấy trung bình mỗi trạm xuất hiện hơn 15 loài trong đó nhiều nhất là tại trạm mẫu ĐVĐ 154 có 28 loài, tiếp đến là trạm ĐVĐ 250 có 27 loài thấp nhất là tại trạm mẫu ĐVĐ 12 có 4 loài, tiếp theo là các trạm ĐVĐ 15, ĐVĐ 39, ĐVĐ 44 có 5 loài, còn lại các trạm hầu hết xuất hiện từ 12-19 loài. Về tần suất xuất hiện cho thấy loài Donax striatus có TSXH cao nhất trong các loài ĐVĐ là 166/250, tiếp đến là loài Nassarius stolatus có TSXH là 155/250, loài Cerithium ruppelli có TSXH là 144/250 và thấp nhất là loài Diogenes lophochir có TSXH là 7/250, tiếp đến là Clithon oualaniense có TSXH là 13/250. Kết quả tính toán chỉ số đa dạng sinh học cho thấy, khu vực này mức độ đa dạng sinh học khá cao (H' = 2,37)., Tóm tắt tiếng anh, The article uses qualitative research methods to contribute to the assessment of species diversity, distribution, frequency of occurrence (TSXH) and biological index of zoobenthos communities in Da Nang Bay in the summer of 2022.
