Group activities are a popular learning method in today’s university and high school environments. Group activities can take place in class or at home, in large groups or small groups. To achieve high efficiency in group activities, it requires the active contribution of all group members. If just one member is irresponsible, it will affect the overall results of the group. Therefore, the author pays great attention to and applies group learning methods in the teaching process. Besides the positive effects this method brings, the author also finds that the remaining points of this method are that some students are not serious and irresponsible in group activities. From there, the author conducted research to find the cause and then proposed some solutions to overcome the irresponsibility of some students in group activities.
