Currently, in the process of electrical vocational training at educational institutions in general, and specifically at the Ha Tinh College of Technology, alongside the traditional method of connecting students with real devices, digital simulation software is also utilized. They aid learners in better understanding the operations of devices and the principles of electrical circuitry. However, in reality, there is curently no product on the market that can meet the requirement of both directly connecting to form an electrical circuit and simultaneously monitoring, simulating, and creating faults on that device. To address this shortfall, a monitoring and fault generation system has been developed for practical training devices, employing Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) with the aim of integrating traditional devices with modern simulation teachnology. This system utilizes technologies such as the Internet of Things and Artificial Intelligence to conduct continuous monitoring, assisting instructors in visually inspecting the circuit connections of students as well as creating artificial faults on devices. This helps learners familiarize themselves with and practice the skills of identifying and rectifying those faults. In this article, we present the idea as well as the process of constructing this model, outlining the positive results obtained when using this model in practical vocational training.Hiện nay, trong quá trình đào tạo nghề điện tại các cơ sở giáo dục nói chung và Trường Cao đẳng công nghệHà Tĩnh nói riêng song song với phương thức truyền thống là sinh viên được đấu nối trên các với các thiết bị thật thì còn sử dụng thêm các phần mềm mô phỏng số hóa để giúp người học thuận lợi hơn trong việc tìm hiểu cách thức hoạt động của thiết bị và nguyên lý hoạt động mạch điện. Tuy nhiên thực tế là trên thị trường chưa có một sản phẩm nào có thể đáp ứng được yêu cầu vừa có thể đấu nối trực tiếp tạo nên mạch điện vừa có thể giám sát, mô phỏng tạo lỗi ngay trên thiết bị đó. Để giải quyết thiếu sót đó, hệ thống giám sát và tạo sự cố trên thiết bịthực hành nghề điện áp dụng công nghệ Internet of Things (IoT) và trí tuệ nhân tạo (AI) ra đời nhằm mục đích tích hợp các thiết bị truyền thống với công nghệ mô phỏng hiện đại. Hệ thống này sử dụng công nghệ như Internet of Things (IoT) và Trí tuệ nhân tạo (AI) để thực hiện giám sát liên tục giúp cho người dạy kiểm tra mạch điện đấu nối của sinh một cách trực quan cũng như tạo các lỗi nhân tạo trên thiết bị giúp người học có thể làm quen và luyện tập kỹ năng tìm và khắc phục những lỗi đó. Trong bài báo này chúng tôi trình bày ý tưởng cũng như quá trình xây dựng nên mô hình này, nêu rõ những kết quả tích cực thu được khi sử dụng mô hình này vào quá trình đào tạo nghề thực tiễn.
