Bài nghiên cứu phân tích tác động của cấu trúc vốn (CTV) đến hiệu suất tài chính (HSTC) tại 48 công ty logistics niêm yết trên thị trường chứng khoán Việt Nam trong giai đoạn 2014 - 2019. Kết quả hồi quy cho thấy nợ ngắn hạn và nợ dài hạn của CTV có ảnh hưởng rõ rệt đến HSTC theo hướng tác động tiêu cực và đáng kể đến tỷ suất sinh lợi/tổng tài sản (ROA) và tỷ suất lợi nhuận/vốn chủ sở hữu (ROE)., Tóm tắt tiếng anh, This study attempts to discover the relationship between the capital structure and the financial performance at listed 48 logistics in Vietnam over the period from 2014 to 2019. The capital structure is the combination of both short-term debt and long-term debt while the financial performance is assessed by the return on assets and the return on equity. Previously, the author founds that factors of tangibility, tax, liquidity, business risk, inflation rate and firm size have positive correlations with the performance on listed logistics enterprises in Vietnam. These factors are used as control variables in this study's research model in order to increase the effectiveness of robustness tests. The study's results show that the short-term debt and long term debt have discernible impacts on the financial performance of a listed logistics enterprise in Vietnam. In which, the short-term debt and long-term debt ratios have significant and negative impacts on the return on assets and return on equity.
