Four benzo[d]thiazole-containing acetohydrazide derivatives 1c2c3eand 4e were prepared via condensation reaction of esters and hydrazine hydrate upto 89% yield. These processes involved in some modification of some knowncompounds in ether synthesis and acetylation of amino groups. Structures of thesederivatives were elucidated by IR, NMR and MS analysis that referred a strongagreement between spectral data and structures
