Building safe schools has always been a research concern in many countries worldwide, so implementing safe educational activities plays an important role. The study was conducted with 152 teachers at secondary schools in District 3, Ho Chi Minh City, including 75 homeroom teachers and 77 departmental teachers. The implementation of safe educational activities shows the extent to which safe education activities for students are organized quite often and have many similarities with the study of the issues of other authors at home and abroad. The survey results suggest several solutions for schools and teachers to increase the frequency of organizing safer educational content more effectively.
