Bão vệ người tiêu dùng tài chỉnh nhằm đảm báo sự phát triển bền vừng của hệ thống tài chinh quốc gia. Bài viết làm rõ kinh nghiệm và thông lệ quốc tế về khung khổ pháp lý, việc tô chức thực thi, giám sát bảo vệ người tiêu dùng tài chính tại một so quốc gia trên thế giới, từ đó, đề xuất một so khuyến nghị cho Việt Nam trong hoạt động báo vệ người tiêu dùng tài chính. In this article, the author synthesizes and clarifies international experiences and practices on the legal framework for financial consumer protection and on the implementation, enforcement and supervision of financial consumer protection policies in other countries in the world, thereby proposing some recommendations on financial consumer protection for Vietnam.
