Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu Mô tả cắt ngang người bệnh xuất tinh sớm khám ngoại trú tại phòng khám Nam học Bệnh viện Bạch Mai từ tháng 8/2021 đến 7/2022. Kết quả Có 35,3% người bệnh xuất tinh sớm mắc rối loạn trầm cảm, trong đó người bệnh mắc trầm cảm mức độ nhẹ chiếm (65,5%). Triệu chứng mất quan tâm thích thú xuất hiện nhiều nhất với tỷ lệ 89,1%, tiếp sau đó là khí sắc trầm và giảm năng lượng, dễ mệt mỏi. Các triệu chứng phổ biến hay gặp nhất là giảm tự trọng tự tin, chiếm 72,7%, tiếp theo là giảm tập trung chú ý và rối loạn giấc ngủ. Hầu hết những người bệnh mắc rối loạn trầm cảm có giảm ham muốn tình dục chiếm 85,5%. Conclusion Depressive disorder is a common disease in patients with premature ejaculation, symptoms of depressed mood, loss of sexual appetite, loss of interest are the most characteristic symptoms of the study group.
