Positivity and proactive are factors that directly affect student learning outcomes, and are also one of the important factors that determine teaching quality. Therefore, to improve the effectiveness and quality of teaching, it is necessary to have measures to enhance students’ positivity in learning. The article addresses the current state of active learning of the subject “History of the Communist Party of Vietnam” of students at Hanoi University of Physical Education and Sports, and proposes a number of measures to contribute to improving active learning. Students’ initiative and initiative in learning this subject in schools today.
